NOVARA T IMPEX has its own production spaces with a surface of 15000 m², where, besides the concrete plant, it also owns: an indoor warehouse for storing construction and installation materials and an outdoor warehouse with a surface of over 5000 m².

- Fuel and lubricant warehouse with a surface of 150 m²;
- Vehicle maintenance and repair workshop, its own parking places with a surface of 250 m²;
- Maintenance and repair workshop for small mechanization with a surface of 850 m²;
- Parking places of 850 m²;
- Wood carpentry workshop with a surface of 166 m²;
- PVC and aluminum carpentry workshop with a surface of 400 m²;
- Marble processing workshop of 300 m²;
- Sport ground of about 1000 m²;
